We're All Connected provides friendly, honest computer service for home users and small businesses, primarily in Greater Vancouver. The business began in 2010 with a simple idea: you should have someone you can turn to when technology gets in the way.

My background includes a Computer Science degree from Simon Fraser University, software development, and teaching computer courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. I enjoy both solving problems and helping people understand their computers.

You don't need to know the technical terms before asking for help. Tell me what you're trying to do, and I'll start there.

Why “We're All Connected”?

The name has two meanings. People connect with technology to work, learn, create and keep in touch. Sometimes that connection needs a little help: a repair, a better setup, or someone to show you how something works.

It's also a reminder that the way people treat one another matters. Patience, respect and fairness shape the service I want to provide. The technology is part of the work; the person using it is the reason for it.

A practical, thoughtful approach

Replacing a computer isn't always the answer. Where it makes sense, I look for ways to improve what you already have. When it's time for something new, I can help with choosing a system, moving your data and considering responsible disposal of the old equipment.
